I am so grateful to all who are participating and posting about the challenge! I love how my teen age daughter is joining in and adding more fat into her diet. She loves the way her skin looks while lots of teens her age are struggling with acne. I'm just thrilled you're deciding to take 10 minutes a day to learn about the keto lifestyle and to take care of your body. Here is the handout for today’s video, so make sure you have this handy as you follow along during the video.
