How The Next President of The United States Will Affect Your Health And Your Future…


As of writing this blog, Americans have been in a frenzy waiting for the results of 46th President of the United States. If you have been following the frenzy it appears that people are putting their life on hold until we know who the next President will be.

My question is why?

Will the new President be at your house feeding you and your family?

Will the new President tell you what foods to eat for optimal health?

Will the new President tell you how to exercise?

Will the new President tell you wear a mask it will save your life?

Will the new President tell you don’t wear a mask, let the virus run its course?

Will the new President reward you for good health?

Will the new President bail you out when your health goes down the drain?

Will the new President pay your doctor bills?

Will the new President tell you the #1 killer is stress?

I think you get my point. You see we are waiting for someone to lead us. And quite honestly, I am embarrassed on how both parties have acted throughout the election.

But guess what?

Life will go on.

And your health depends NOTHING on who the next President elect is.

I feel so many times I am screaming the truth about health while in the middle of a rock concert.

And no one hears me.

I feel like I am climbing the mountain with the cure for diabetes, heart disease, obesity and those at the mountain top are throwing stones at me.

But the truth is SO WHAT?

Don’t feel sorry for me.

I chose to go in a profession that I knew Big Pharma and Western Medicine despised.

I took full responsibility.

The pill of responsibility.

I will continue to write blog posts.

I will continue to provide amazing programs that will change your life.

I will continue to show up every Wednesday for Wellness Wednesday Inspiration.

I am not trying to be a jerk but honestly, each person is responsible for their own health and for their children’s health.

So if you need prescription drugs to survive, maybe it’s time to look at your life style.

Yes, I know that’s a hard pill to swallow.

If you are tired all the time, maybe it’s time to look at your lifestyle.

If you are carrying extra weight, maybe it’s time to look at your lifestyle.

If you're depressed, exhausted, irritable, maybe it’s time to look at your lifestyle.

Your lifestyle is…..

what you eat.

Your lifestyle is…..

how much you sleep.

Your lifestyle is…..

how often you exercise.

Your lifestyle is…..

how do you manage stress.

Your lifestyle is…..

who are your circle of friends.

Your lifestyle is……..

what kind of thoughts do you think.

So, my message to you is stop waiting. You know your health is a mess, then fix it.

I can’t afford it? What’s it costing you to be sick? What are you missing out on?

It’s not that you can’t afford it; it’s because it’s not a priority.
