Best Homemade Cough Syrup

Dealing with nasty cough and want to avoid the ugly side effects of medications? Here is a more natural and cost effective way to help relieve the cough.

Ingredients: 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 2 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar juice of half a lemon 1/2 cup water

DIRECTIONS: Combine all ingredients in a glass jar. Cover with a lid and shake. Take 1 teaspoon at a time as cough persists. Repeat every few hours as needed.

Make sure to keep refrigerated.
