I know this is a very frustrating maybe even frightening  – and there is LOTS of misinformation out there!  Especially if you are listening to the news, you feel more confused and more like we are doomed. 

 

This can also make us very anxious and stress 24/7. It’s okay to feel that way but not 24/7.  So let’s clear some of this up.  Perspective is HUGE!!!!!

 

I have spent hours studying the research, PUBMED and listening to experts and some are contradicting each other. Who do you believe? What should you do if you do have COVID19? How do live this way if this is the new normal for the time being? What about after this is all over? How do I get back my job etc…..
