Slimming Gut Healing Cranberry Smoothie




If you are looking for a smoothie loaded with antioxidants, electrolytes and healing gut nutrients, you will love this one!

Oh, and did I mention... your brain and waist line will love it too!


Recipe:

  • 1 cup unsweetened cranberry juice

  • 1 cup frozen organic blueberries

  • 1/2 cup coconut water

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

  • 1/4 cup Aloe Vera gel

  • 1/4 cup coconut cream

  • 2 tbsp Great Lakes Collagen Powder

  • 1 tbsp MCT oil

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender (like a Vitamix) and blend until smooth. Enjoy!!

Makes two servings.
