What is dry skin brushing? Dry skin brushing is just what it sounds like brushing your skin with a dry brush. It involves the use of a dry natural stiff bristled bath or shower brush to brush your skin. How do you do it? Use a DRY skin brush preferably with a long handle to reach your back.
